Led the end-to-end design of an innovative mobile fitness product for a startup in the boutique fitness franchise space, taking it from concept to launch in just eight months. I was responsible for designing both the consumer-facing mobile app and the business-facing web portal, working closely with founders, engineers, and stakeholders to define the product vision, user experience, and brand identity. The platform was designed to streamline class discovery, booking, and studio management, tailored specifically for boutique fitness studios and their clients. I conducted user research, developed wireframes and prototypes, and created a cohesive, high-fidelity design system that balanced consumer-grade polish with operational efficiency. The MVP launched successfully in a major U.S. metro, where it amassed over 12,000 bookings, maintained a 70% user retention rate, and generated over $100K in revenue within the first year—validating product-market fit and establishing a strong foundation for future growth.
