Leading Design at a Latin American Ride Sharing Startup
As Lead Product Designer at MUV, I partnered with a cross-functional team of 5 to uncover friction points in the booking flow and driver-rider interaction screens. Collaborating closely with 2 other designers, I co-led research synthesis and transformed key insights into strategic, user-focused design solutions. By leveraging behavioral data and usage patterns, I drove iterative design improvements that enhanced both rider and driver experiences.
I managed the complete design overhaul of three core digital products: two B2C mobile apps (rider and driver-facing) and an administrative web portal. I provided strategic direction to a team of junior designers, establishing processes that ensured design consistency, efficiency, and the highest quality of output. I also led the development of high-fidelity UI designs and interactive prototypes, delivering seamless, platform-consistent experiences across mobile and web.
