Project Summary
As Lead Product Designer at Mojito, I spearheaded the design of a Web3 marketplace platform that empowers global brands like Mercedes-Benz and Sotheby’s to engage their audiences through NFT-based products, loyalty programs, and exclusive digital experiences. My work focused on creating intuitive, scalable solutions that bridged the gap between crypto-native functionality and mainstream usability.
I designed and shipped complex, high-impact features including Embedded Wallets, On-chain/Off-chain Auctions, NFT Tokengating, Generative Art Minting, NFT Bulk Uploads, and modular Loyalty Programs. These tools enabled brands to create, manage, and distribute NFTs seamlessly across a wide range of use cases. I also managed and evolved a robust design system that served both the business-facing admin platform and the consumer-facing marketplace, ensuring visual and functional consistency at scale.
Beyond interface design, I implemented key documentation processes that improved cross-functional collaboration within the internal product team, reducing friction and accelerating iteration. I also built a streamlined, branded product templating system that enhanced the go-to-market team’s ability to package and sell Mojito’s offerings to enterprise clients, ultimately increasing operational efficiency and sales velocity.
These combined efforts helped Mojito scale its marketplace platform and secure multimillion-dollar partnerships with leading global brands.
